Kia ora 

We have just been informed that the toilets at Rautawhiri park are currently closed for maintenance and in their place are two portaloos. With over 400 Year 5 & 6 students expected tomorrow, this is not sufficient access to bathrooms from a health and safety perspective. Therefore, the organisers have made the tough decision to cancel tomorrow's Summer Sports Day. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

Unfortunately Mrs Minton will not be at school this morning. 
Miss Brown will take the morning roll and then Mrs White will take the class for a maths session prepared by Becky. 
After morning tea the students will be doing Garden to Table programme and today it is their gardening session - covered shoes required. 
Mrs A will be in class in the afternoon as normal.

Just a quick update regarding the Sushi 4U service.

Due to the current fuel supply situation, Sushi4U has had to temporarily pause their Thursday deliveries to Waitoki School until further notice.

However, they are still able to continue supplying your Wednesday service as usual.

They have asked me to pass on their apologies for any inconvenience, and they hope to resume Thursday deliveries once the fuel situation becomes more stable.

I will keep you updated if anything changes.
