Becky Minton
It is a pleasure to be part of the team at Waitoki School and the wider community. My teaching journey began back in 2010 after gaining a Bachelor of Education at Auckland University. I have previously taught at several Auckland schools in the Year 4-8 age levels.
I am passionate about creating authentic learning experiences amongst the whole curriculum and guiding students through inquiry learning. Maths and Technology are two particular favourite subjects of mine to teach. In my classroom, I foster a growth mindset and encourage all students to be life long learners. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. For down time, I enjoy riding my horse, Chief.
